    The bungalow is designed with horizontal louvers façade create a perfect privacy as well decrease harsh sun light from southern side. This 9000 sq.ft corner plot located on the main streets of town, in a neighborhood composed of dense dwelling units. This residence is a perfect balance between public and private spaces that divides the functions on different levels while maintaining visual connections through central space.

    Taken advantage of level difference of 5 feet slope at corner end all services of parking, servant’s rooms, stores are placed at lower ground floor which is ground floor at the corner end connected to internal stairs and lift to the all floors.

    Inside the house, this connecting central spaces becomes the nexus around which the entire plan revolves. The main entry door opens to let one in to grand double height skylight area & living room area having connected landscape sit-out areas.

    This luxury home where the interiors are curated blend of exotic natural marbles & natural wood with gray color palate & geometrical cutting design pattern which is design element reflects on walls, ceiling panels, and doors as well.

    The ground floor would consist of living room, kitchen, dinning, parents bedroom & guest bedroom. The living, dining & parents bedroom are connected to individual landscape sit-outs. The main feature element is double height open to sky areas a part of living area.

    The first floor would consist of master bed room with balcony sit out covered with horizontal wooden louvers to create privacy, daughters bedroom & another guest bedroom with small family sit-out.

    The terrace floor level is an interesting part of a house with all recreational facility of home theatre, small gym, spa area with Jacuzzi & huge covered landscape terrace.

    As a plot is located in dence dwelling we decide to create landscape area on top floor with perfect relaxation facilities.

    The louvered house is a contemporary house meeting the modern needs of the residents and fulfilling the architectural & interior design Aesthetics.
