    The villa includes covered car parking with an automatic large main gate, adding convenience and security.

    Thus, it features a bold elevation with large roofs, aluminium windows, and sliding doors.

    Whereas, the front lawn, adorned with a gazebo and a verandah, offers an ideal spot for outdoor relaxation and evening tea.

    Space Planning

    The ground floor of the villa includes a master bedroom with an attached dresser and toilet, a guest bedroom, a spacious drawing room, a double-height staircase area, and a dining area.

    The double-height staircase area, accentuated by a chandelier, illuminates the space and adds an element of grandeur.
