361 Villa is situated on a prime 6055 sq ft. corner plot in New Chandigarh. Cassia Omaxe is a luxurious villa design that spans a built-up area of 8,000 sq ft. The contemporary design also meets the client’s desire for an open, light-filled, and ventilated space.

The villa includes covered car parking with an automatic large main gate, adding convenience and security.

Thus, it features a bold elevation with large roofs, aluminium windows, and sliding doors.

Whereas, the front lawn, adorned with a gazebo and a verandah, offers an ideal spot for outdoor relaxation and evening tea.

Space Planning

The ground floor of the villa includes a master bedroom with an attached dresser and toilet, a guest bedroom, a spacious drawing room, a double-height staircase area, and a dining area.

Expansive Design

The design seamlessly integrates indoor and outdoor spaces, particularly in the drawing room, which features sliding doors that open to the expansive front lawn.

The double-height staircase area, accentuated by a chandelier, illuminates the space and adds an element of grandeur.

This area, combined with the adjacent large kitchen and living area, provides a functional and elegant layout, perfect for family gatherings and entertaining guests.

The open modular kitchen, complete with a utility area, adds to the home’s modern aesthetic.
