Upon entering the home, one is immediately struck by the spaciousness and abundance of natural light. This house is speaks volumes of luxurious and bespoke design. Spread over 8500 sq. ft. of built up area, the entry foyer opens up into a huge spacious double height living room. The symmetrically tailored stairways parting at a single focus piece makes it timeless in feel. The modern contemporary furniture elevates the language of the design making the space crisper. The interior design of this home is a beautiful blend of modern elegance and cozy comfort. The color scheme is predominantly white and beige, with pops of color in the form of artwork and decorative pieces. The furniture is sleek and contemporary, with clean lines and a minimalist aesthetic.

The living room is a welcoming space, with a large, comfortable sofa in a neutral color. The sofa is finished with golden metal frames.
The complementing color combination add visual interest to the space, while a large area stairwell anchors the room and adds warmth. The walls are adorned with modern art pieces, and a large window provides plenty of natural light.
Adjacent to the living room is the dining area, which features a large table with seating for six. The chairs are upholstered in a grey-colored fluted fabric that complements the white top table. A modern chandelier hangs above the table inside a deep cove adding depth to the articulate ceiling design, providing ambient lighting for intimate dinners or lively gatherings.
The white screen behind accentuates the whole space adding another dimension yet separating the space from the rest.
The kitchen is a chef’s dream, with grey cabinetry and stainless-steel appliances. The countertops are made of black stone. The backsplash is made of grey tiles, with indirect lighting adding to the clean and modern aesthetic of the space.
The bedrooms are cozy and inviting retreats, with plush bedding and plenty of pillows. The blue bed back with muted tones of grey on the wall, adding a whimsical focal point which is pleasing to the eyes. The subtle grey bed back with a dash of brown on wooden flooring is pleasing to eyes. The third bedroom has a monochromatic theme to it. The play of light is layered with the ceiling design.
The TV area has a contrasting rough texture, hence standing out. Light falling on the stone textured wall makes the design more interesting.
Throughout the home, attention to detail is evident in every design choice. From the carefully curated artwork to the thoughtful placement of furniture and accessories, every element has been chosen to create a harmonious and cohesive whole. The result is a home that is both stylish and functional, with spaces that are perfectly suited to both relaxation and entertaining.
