Additionally, “Thannal” is also the name of an architectural initiative that focuses on natural building techniques. It emphasizes sustainability and eco-friendly construction practices.

Upon entering Thannal, guests are greeted by a charupadi on the right side. This offeres a serene spot for family gatherings and moments of quiet reflection amidst lush landscaping. The exterior facade boasts a striking combination of stone cladding and a metal “Tree of Life,” setting the tone for the unique blend of rustic charm and modern aesthetics found throughout the home.

Living Room

Inside, the flooring transitions seamlessly from Kota stone to Jaisalmer stone. With a thoughtful pattern under the stairs adding visual interest. The living room exudes warmth with its teal blue accents, teak wood pillars, and brick cladding, while a double-height ceiling enhances the sense of grandeur.

A statement chandelier and wall fans with teak wood finish further elevate the space. It creates an inviting atmosphere for relaxation and entertainment.

The staircase, crafted from teak wood with metal railings, leads to a landing adorned with random stone cladding, adding texture and character to the transitional space.
