    Thoughtful Planning

During the planning stage, the size and the position of every single door and window were deliberately planned. As a result, every space is flooded with natural light that adds to the warmth of the home.

The ground floor, initially consisting of a small living space, a guest bedroom with an attached bathroom, and a closed kitchen, now boasts an open layout of a large living and dining area with an open kitchen and a quint, colourful powder.

Another highlight of the “house of arts” is the art itself. The walls are adorned with an eclectic mix of traditional and contemporary art, creating a narrative that flows seamlessly from room to room.

A lot of thought went into the placement of all the art pieces, allowing each to have its own moment without overwhelming the eye.

Some walls feature a single large painting that draws you in, while others display a curated collection of smaller pieces that invite closer inspection.

    Functional and Elegant

Complementing the art in an array of custom-made furniture that are thoughtfully designed to offer both functionality and elegance.

From a sleek, modern dining table that serves as a statement piece in the dining area to hand-carved wooden chairs that bring in a touch of traditional craftsmanship, every piece is carefully selected to enhance the villa’s artistic appeal.

The furniture does not shout for attention; instead, it whispers elegance, allowing the art to remain the focal point.

The House of Arts is more than just a home; it’s a contribution to the art of living well. It also invites you to slow down, take in the details, and appreciate the seamless blend of past and present.
