The Woven Home: A soulful nest, serene and warm, where textures weave a quiet charm. A nod to cane and rattan grace, in every corner, a soft embrace. Tactile tales in wood and thread, where timeless beauty gently spreads. Rooted in natural interior design, here, form meets feeling—calm and true, a woven world in every hue.
This cozy corner was transformed by changing the old aluminium sliding windows to a custom-made wooden arched window. The new window instantly added warmth and charm to the space, making it the main highlight of the room. The arched shape gives a soft, elegant look and frames the view of the balcony beautifully. We used Burma teak wood to create the perfect arched door and panels along with cane for furniture to keep the design earthy and welcoming. The light curtains let in soft sunlight during the day, creating a peaceful and calming feel. Plants, warm-toned cushions, and simple wooden furniture add to the relaxed, natural vibe. It’s now the perfect spot to enjoy a quiet cup of tea or read a book by the sunlight.

The drawing room is designed to feel calm, elegant, and welcoming. The highlight of this space is the textured wall, which features delicate handmade motifs. These were custom-crafted with local craftsmen to blend in beautifully with the pastel shade of the wall, adding depth without overpowering the room. The furniture, including the sofa and coffee table, was specially made using solid Sheesham wood and rattan, giving the room a warm, natural feel. Soft furnishings in earthy tones, sheer embroidered curtains, and a traditional rug complete the look. Together, these elements create a space that’s both timeless and comfortable—perfect for relaxing or hosting guests.
The TV unit makes a subtle yet striking statement with its seamless integration of modern minimalism and earthy warmth. The light oak wood finish with woven rattan shutters brings in a touch of organic texture, adding warmth and depth to the otherwise sleek wall. The custom open shelving unit next to the TV uses a combination of sculpted wooden supports and slim metal rods, balancing structure with airiness. The decor accents—sculptures, books, and greens—curate a cozy, lived-in charm. This blend of natural textures perfectly anchors the living area, maintaining visual openness while offering functional storage.
The bar unit features a bespoke arched frame in natural wood that instantly adds architectural elegance to the dining space. Its fluted shutters and open shelving create an ideal display for glassware and spirits, while maintaining a cohesive look with the rest of the home. The round dining table in solid wood pairs beautifully with the cane-back chairs, echoing the materiality seen in the TV unit. Brass-tipped legs on the chairs add a hint of luxury without being overpowering.
The continuity in wood tones across the dining and living areas ties the spaces together, while the sage green kitchen cabinetry introduces a refreshing contrast that enlivens the palette. The hand-painted mural on the adjacent wall further adds a personalized, artistic touch that complements the natural materials used throughout.
Made a big difference in this kitchen by merging the wash area into the layout, which added more depth and light. To keep the space looking fresh and modern, we used a subtle sage green tone for the cabinets, paired with fluted glass shutters and classic white tiles in a herringbone pattern. The brass handles and fittings add just the right touch of elegance. To soften the transition into the home, we introduced natural wood pillars that connect the kitchen visually to the rest of the house.
This kitchen is now both functional and full of character. Breakfast Counter The breakfast counter acts as a seamless extension of the kitchen, blending function with charm. Topped with a live-edge natural wood slab, it brings in warmth and organic texture, celebrating the beauty of raw timber. Carved wooden pillars echo traditional craftsmanship and complement the sage green cabinetry beautifully. Above, custom-made hanging lights crafted from natural wood add a playful yet earthy touch, completing the cozy, handcrafted feel of this inviting nook—perfect for casual meals or a quick morning coffee.
Retreat for a Young Gen Lady Designed this for the young daughter of the client while keeping modern spirit in mind, this bedroom is a perfect blend of sophistication and warmth. The fluted-panel wardrobe offers sleek storage, while the geometric-panelled headboard wall, adorned with delicate handmade locally sourced bird motifs, adds a whimsical charm, reflecting a sense of freedom and creativity.
Soft lighting enhances these details, creating a serene, inviting glow. A material palette of wood, soft neutrals, and tactile fabrics ensures a cozy yet refined ambiance. Thoughtfully layered textures in upholstery and bedding bring depth, while curated decor adds personality. Every design choice balances style with function, making this space a chic and comfortable retreat for a young gen lady.
Designed as a serene sanctuary for the elder daughter, this room offers a tranquil escape during her holiday visits. It balances warmth with sophistication, creating a space that feels comforting and refined. The deep green walls create an intimate, cocoon-like feel, beautifully complementing the handcrafted wooden bed with its curved rattan headboard.
A key highlight is the sliding-door wardrobe, where rattan detailing blends seamlessly with wood, adding texture while keeping the space visually light. Thoughtful lighting, highlighted by vintage-style brass sconces, enhances the cozy ambiance. Meanwhile, the earthy-neutral colour palette and textured fabrics add depth and a touch of elegance to the space.
Every detail, from the custom furniture to the carefully curated accents, reflects her desire for a space that feels both personal and tranquil. As a result, it becomes a retreat she can truly call her own.
A Serene Sky Blue Retreat Designed as a tranquil escape, the master bedroom features a refreshing sky blue and white palette, creating an airy and soothing ambiance. The custom-designed bed, with its clean lines and elegant detailing, complements the serene colour scheme, ensuring a perfect blend of comfort and sophistication.
A standout transformation in this space is the window converted into a cozy seating nook, offering a peaceful corner to unwind with a book or enjoy natural light.
Enhancing functionality and aesthetics, built-in bookshelves seamlessly integrate into the design, providing both storage and a decorative element. The wardrobe and furniture finished in PU paint add a sleek, polished look, enhancing the modern yet timeless appeal of the room.
