Stepping across and into the apartment, one is immediately enveloped in a sense of grandeur and sophistication. The main door, crafted from white fluted panelling interwoven with ash-grey wooden accents, is an ode to exquisite craftsmanship. Even the safety doors, often overlooked in their design potential, are transformed into works of art. With the polyurethane finishes and peep-through grills crafted from the same material, the door is transformed. As one leads to the living area, the walls, adorned in a soothing sage green paint, guide our path. A console, delicately crafted from brass wood and Brazilian marble, commands attention as it rests against a fluted marble wall. Digital art paintings adorn the left-hand wall. Thus adding a contemporary flair and setting the tone for the aesthetic marvels that await within.
Entering the living room, one’s gaze is immediately drawn to the expansive French windows. The windows offer a breathtaking panorama of the verdant Aarey colony forest. The focal point of the room, the TV unit, stands as a masterpiece of design and craftsmanship.
Fashioned from fluted Satvario marble, its grey veins create a mesmerizing three-dimensional effect. This further elevates the room to new heights of opulence and sophistication. Custom-designed furniture by the Soch Design Studio imbues the space with rustic charm and earthy elements.
The 3-seater sofa and lounge chairs, seamlessly blending wood and cane, evoke a sense of Zen-like tranquillity. Whereas, brass-finished legs add a touch of contemporary flair. The pièce de résistance, the ‘Ananta’ centre table, with its brass base fashioned in the shape of an infinity symbol and topped with Patagonia Brazilian marble, serves as a true work of art. Thus commanding attention and admiration.
Adjacent to the living room, the dining area beckons with its harmonious blend of functionality and elegance. The ‘Pellet Drum’ dining table, inspired by the rhythmic beats of Shiva’s damru, stands as a testament to innovative design, with its brass accents and Patagonia marble top exuding an air of refined sophistication.
Accompanied by the ‘Svelte dining chairs, crafted from bent teak wood and upholstered in sumptuous mauve-coloured fabric, the dining area offers a space for intimate gatherings and culinary delights.
The open kitchen, seamlessly integrated into the living space, serves as a testament to the marriage of form and function. Textured painted grooves and white terrazzo countertops create a sense of warmth and tranquillity, while the island counter and linear counter provide ample space for culinary endeavours and preparations.
Every element of the kitchen, from the fluted pattern on the furniture to the classical moulding patterns on the overhead storage units, is meticulously designed to enhance both aesthetics and efficiency.
The guestroom, adorned in neutral tones with subtle hints of blue, exudes an air of tranquillity and warmth. Wooden textured flutes adorn the bed wall panel, while concrete-finished walls provide a serene backdrop.
The main couple’s bedroom, infused with youthful energy and vibrant hues, features dyed ash-grey wooden elements juxtaposed with pastel-green accents, creating a harmonious and cosy retreat.
The capsule-like forms on the wardrobe shutters, reminiscent of contemporary artistry, add an avant-garde touch to the space.
Both bedrooms seamlessly marry aesthetics with functionality, providing havens of rest and rejuvenation amidst the hustle and bustle of urban life.
Even the most utilitarian spaces within the apartment are transformed into nooks of luxury and refinement. The Japandi-inspired toilet, with its sustainable terrazzo and micro-concrete materials, epitomizes the marriage of eco-conscious design and aesthetic elegance.
The kid’s room toilet, with its vibrant burnt orange and blue tiles, maintains a cohesive design aesthetic, enhancing the overall charm and allure of the space.
As we bid adieu to this enchanting abode, the artistry and ingenuity that have gone into its creation leave us in awe. This apartment is a veritable home that embodies the transformative power of architecture and interior design to enrich our lives and elevate our experiences. In a world where beauty often fades with time, spaces like these serve as reminders of the enduring value of craftsmanship and creativity. As we depart from this space, may we carry with us the inspiration and appreciation for the artistry that surrounds us, serving as guiding beacons to seek beauty and elegance in all facets of our lives.
