The Clinic Interiors Designed for a Dentist has Clean Geometry and Textures | Shades of Design
The reception area of the clinic interiors set the tone of a statement composition of black with white. The comfortable sofa in black paired with white tapestry matches with the reception desk.
Ceiling suspended focus lights hang on top of the reception desk. A wall feature with black vertical slates becomes the focal point in the space.
Clean white gloss finish is used all around the masonry and flooring. A subtle panelling on wall behind the desk adds to the variation and texture in the space.
The connecting passage offers access to the chambers. It is flanked with glass doors with metallic black frame on both sides. A recessed false ceiling offers ambient lighting in the space.
Interiors of the chambers follow a similar language used all along the space. A dental chair sits in the centre of the space with option visibility from the outside. A focal wall feature with black vertical slates comes along with a storage unit hung by the wall.
The dentist’s consultation chamber has warm and attractive features. A light wooden flooring pattern and painted walls let the space appear larger. The use of horizontal straight lines as blinds filter the light coming throught the window.
A simple yet sculptural light feature suspends from the ceiling. The light fixture follows the theme of straight clean lines throughout the space. Panelling on the back wall of the space has alternate black and white sections of vertical line composition, giving the illusion of a tall height space.
The use of pastel colours through artwork and a plant placed in one corner add contrast and life to the otherwise minimalist space design. With a stone top, the working desk design also features the combination of blacks with white through out the surfaces. The space can easily accommodate three to five people at a time.
