“A rich spread of materials and a royal set of lighting enhances the environment and pours out the best of a sumptuous lifestyle. The nuanced sitting pockets are inviting and creatively driven.” – Nishal Sevak(Co-Editor)

The three floors elevated residence is added with brick cladding and wall textures. Jali, wooden cladding, and paint texture are used as cladding materials, which added accentual elements and created a sleek and modern look to the exterior.

The entrance is directed with two entrances, one heads up to the office area and other to the main residence. The doorway is adorned with a garden adjacent to it; the space fits beautifully for the morning coffee and lits up for the night with the floral metal artwork on the wall. The aesthetically pleasing wooden doorway opens up to the lobby adjoining the home theatre and gym on the ground floor.

The entrance lobby opens up to the core of the residence “The Adiyogi”. The exceptional Shiva idol reflects the tranquility and serenity of the space. Landscaping within the courtyard adds greenery and visual interest throughout the residence as it’s seen from all the levels of the house.

Heading upstairs, we move to the residential areas with living room, kitchen, dining, and two guest bedrooms on the first floor. Neutral tones for the living room add an extra dose of approachability and warmth.

The extensive living room is a mono toned palette juxtaposed with vibrant art works and textiles which are then set against a backdrop of marble, wooden veneer and flutes. It is overall a warm and inviting space that is both graceful and comfortable with a calming and sophisticated atmosphere.

Open Kitchen and dining area with a pop of sage green kitchen cabinets creates a tactile and visually interesting space. Accent lighting on the island highlights the green tones and generates a clean, cohesive look and a welcoming atmosphere.

Nothing says classic, chic or timeless like the color black. The black and gold backhead adds a touch of depth and dimension in the room.

Dark interiors not only look sophisticated, sleek and stylish, they also distance themselves from the outside world, creating a sense of retreat and hideaway. Perfect to relax!

Combination of ambient, task, and accent lighting creates a layered lighting design throughout the
spaces in the house. Floor, table lamps and pendant lights are put on to enhance the warmth and depth
    of the interiors.

Each Bedroom has been awarded a colour scheme, heavily dependent on it’s occupant’s preferences,
And are designed such that they reflect the personality of the user and creates luxury, drama and simplicity in all aspects of design. The rooms are designed to be high on functionality, with a walk-in

wardrobe area for the user, and some extra storage spaces. Balconies on higher floors are not hindered by walls, adjacent buildings or trees so they can absorb more sunlight.

Mezzanine floor opens up to the office area, comprising of reception, waiting, staff area, master cabins,
store and pantry. The interiors being kept elegant create a pleasant working vibe throughout the
    workspace.

Green terrace provides a relaxing and tranquil outdoor space to have an escape. The space hence allows relaxing and enjoyable green space, along with various types of planters and pots accessorizing the terrace. Also the space lightens up pleasantly at night for family gatherings, and parties.
