  • Sitting On A Corner Plot, This Home Blends Contemporary Design With Thoughtful Planning | Artimulation

Situated on a rectangular corner plot in the burgeoning core of Sangli city, the residence is an architectural gem. It seamlessly blends contemporary design with thoughtful planning. Measuring 56’8″ x 36’5″, the plot’s orientation towards the north and west posed unique challenges. Particularly the need to accommodate setbacks while optimizing usable space. The entrance, framed by verdant landscaping, creates a composed welcome, while a dedicated parking area is efficiently positioned on one side. Every aspect of the design adheres to Vaastu principles, harmonizing spatial flow and functionality.

    The Interiors

The house’s interiors are bathed in subtle neutral beige tones, enhancing the perception of space and imbuing each room with a sense of calm. The contemporary design language resonates throughout, reflecting the owner’s refined taste.

Every detail, from doors and railings to skylights and partitions, is meticulously crafted, maintaining aesthetic coherence. The thoughtful coaction between positive and negative spaces not only enriches the facade’s architectural massing but also ensures a harmonious visual identity.

    Conclusion

Externally, the house’s beige-tinted facade, complemented by terracotta jaalis, landscaped accents, and generous glass openings, reflects the serene interior palette.
