The brick-clad façade with colonial windows presents an elegant view. A gazebo at a close proximity to the house with the perfect amount of landscaping around overlooking the breathtaking sea.

A refreshing swimming pool area overlooking the beach with a stunning patio. Each area of the house has the beach view. The team also managed to maintain the connectivity of the spaces with each other. Everything is accessible from the central area of the house.

Natural materials, airy colours, and abundance of natural light brings harmony to this beach house living room. Sleek wooden furniture and neutral coloured upholstery makes the room stylish, spacious yet cozy.

As the living, dining and kitchen are connected to each other, the dining area automatically stands out due to the intriguing visual play of yellow, grey kota with Australian white marble in the central part of the whole space and it also divides the areas without any partitions.

The dining table made of teak wood sets a rustic tone to the space. An Indo-colonial kitchen with smart marble countertop, overhead wooden cabinets and the huge windows showcasing the outdoors sets a perfect mood to prepare a weekend meal.

The subtle colour scheme of this bedroom exhibits a soothing vibe. The combination of brass strips with kota stones gives the room a luxurious yet classy look. The colorful paintings representing the nature adds a little contrast to the concrete texture .

A bathroom with vertical kota on wall and patterned tiles for flooring gives the right amount of classical look.

The spacious four poster, king sized bed furnishes the bedroom with an exquisitely warm ambience. The white and grey linen curtains provides privacy and warmth.

The engraved kota pieces on walls with a golden tint enhances the wall and the shape of the mirror was designed in such a way that it supports the colonial look of the house.

The wooden counter against the wooden backdrop creates a rustic yet chic look for the bar. The all neutral home theatre consists the right amount of acoustic materials with a navy blue colour that provides the right ambience to the area.

A classy bathroom with a sleek wooden cabinet in contrast to the anchor grey floor with the patterned tiles enhances the bath area.

This additional sitting area presents the perfect opportunity to experience some tranquility, leaving behind the noise of the city. The roof is inspired by the astute use of Mangalorean tiles, perpendicular to the large colonial windows that lets the light flood in.
