A Vastu Home Design That Blends Tradition & Elegant Minimalism | Pavan Infratech
Thoughtfully planned to transcend design conventions and achieve opulent interior spaces, this Vastu home design stands tall on a foundation of sophistication and comfort, showcasing a harmonious balance.
Every corner of the residence was shaped with a meticulous integration of Vastu Shastra as each space is positioned to maximize the energy flow by bringing in the alignment with traditionality. The residence’s layout was crafted to prioritize effortless circulation and efficient spatial connections.
Beginning with the entrance, the foyer adorned with monochromatic hues and lively indoor plants, establishes a serene atmosphere as it welcomes residents and guests.
Furthermore, the living area planned in the northwest direction fosters effortless interaction. Consisting of soft grey tones and mint green seating, it sets the tone for a soothing ambiance. Abundant natural light streams in through the large openings on adjacent walls, accentuating the homogenous stone flooring.
The TV wall made from dark grey Italian stone stands out as a distinctive feature while adding boldness and depth to the space.
Designed in the east, the kitchen, according to Vastu Shastra, is ideal for welcoming good health and prosperity. Showcasing a continuation of tones of grey, the kitchen exudes simplicity through its cabinetry design and subtle stone flooring.
Seamlessly connected to the kitchen, the dining space features a Victorian-inspired dining table with a stone top and an ornate base.
A wooden bench-inspired seating along with bespoke chairs with unique patterns enhance the overall space ensuring it maintains the elegance of the residence. A unique lift shaft facing the dining table acts as a passive cooling system, promoting sustainability through design.
A spiritual sanctuary within the house, the temple is thoughtfully positioned in the northeast direction to invite positivity. Adorned with green stone with intricate designs and illuminated by a skylight, it is also an elemental continuation of the central courtyard that infuses the interiors with natural light through the presence of a skylight.
The persistent attempt at meticulous detailing continues in the bedroom design as well where one can observe a sincere blending of cultural richness and modern aesthetics.
A floor-to-wall wooden panel and textured panel in Bedroom 1 perfectly complements the overall grey tone used in the furniture and flooring.
Bespoke wooden furniture and the presence of potted plants successfully enhance the vibrancy of the space. Anchored in Southwest, the Bedroom 1 with a well-curated tapestry and furnishings emanates stability and calmness.
The study area with state-of-the-art technology, promotes immersive experiences and also serves as a family entertainment space.
Featuring low-height Indian seating crafted in wood, and a geometric wall panel, this multipurpose space contributes to the family quality time and is efficiently designed for work and leisure. Moreover, geometry-inspired wooden furniture and subtle marble flooring create a luxurious cocoon for relaxation.
With its strikingly long, low-height window seating, exemplifies simplicity. Contrastingly, the custom-designed bed adorned in deep brown shade, adds grandeur to the otherwise subtle space.
Bedroom 3 oversees rich landscapes through the sliding balcony doors and invites ample natural light through these balconies.
Powder blue furnishings and abstract wallpaper elevate the room with an unceasing elegance maintained throughout. Moreover, large balconies extending from the bedrooms, serve as quiet intimate retreats offering a visual connection to the outdoor landscape.
The key elements of Dr. Sanket Nakrani’s abode ensure that the home sets the tone right for an expansive and inviting ambience throughout.
Walls and ceilings with a white base paired with light grey Italian stone flooring cultivate a sense of tranquility in every space while the natural teak-finished furniture balances out the spaces with warmth. Additionally, the family’s preferences were scrupulously considered for the custom-fit furniture design.
Additionally, consideration of the concealed HVAC systems and chimneys, ensure that the interiors remain uncluttered and sleek.
Bound by a cohesive design language, the interiors celebrate minimalism with a subtle hint of grandeur peeking through the rich furniture design and luxury induced by textures.
Along with a family home, the bungalow is a narrative of values and trends. With every tiny detail in the house reflecting the family’s aspirations and lifestyle, the designers have created a home that is not only perfectly functional but also incredibly inspiring.
With this project, Pavan Infratech has incredibly blended architectural finesse with timeless interiors, while delivering a dwelling that will continue to grow with its inhabitants.
