Editor’s Note: As far as plush surfaces go, colors and materials that accentuate the ambiance are vital elements that determines its presence. The warm colors and accents of this apartment are a driving force for a peaceful sanctuary which only doubles up through jaw-dropping views and the inset of natural light penetrating the spaces. ~ Nishal Sevak(Co-Editor)

The 2BHK and 3BHK show flats and a sales lounge, encompassing 5570 sq.ft., are located on the 47th floor of the first tower at Monte South. The view from here is, quite literally, breathtaking. But what’s truly unforgettable is how these spaces have been fashioned.
Concept & Design Philosophy
Design Story’s philosophy resonates with crafting spaces that are modern yet radiate warmth and timeless taste. The apartments reflect this perfectly – they’re sophisticated, but with a touch that feels just like home. While contemporary in essence, the spaces have a distinctive warmth, thanks to the thoughtful selection of materials and colors.
Space Description & Color Palette:
Each space has been intricately planned, with a focus on functionality. Vibrant colors like the bright red mirror wall in the living room of the 2 bed residence introduce accents in strategic zones, enhancing the space’s utility and visual appeal. The living room boasts muted shades complemented by bold artefacts from address home and home 4U. Bedrooms, on the other hand, sport elementto wallpapers, exuding subtle elegance.
Materials & Craftsmanship:
The material palette adopted is both luxurious and coherent – Veneer, wallpaper, laminates, and wooden flooring intertwine seamlessly, adorned with fabrics and upholstery that accentuate each space distinctively. Finishes, like the wall coverings from elementto and lighting fixtures from Deepam lights and Archi Light, elevate the space’s luxe quotient. Spaces are further accentuated with furniture pieces from renowned brands like chesterfield, trezure furniture, and luxe square.
The flooring, a blend of classic marble and wooden finishes from Marshalls and Arihant, sets a robust yet refined foundation. Meanwhile, the kitchens, crafted by Aakruti, are a gourmet’s delight, and the bathrooms equipped with premium Kohler sanitaryware are oases of luxury.
Client’s Vision & Realization:
The client’s vision was clear – spaces that embody luxury but are also warm and welcoming since the primary goal of the show apartments is to get visitors to start dreaming about how it would be to live in the property. This dictated the design’s direction, ensuring that while each apartment oozed sophistication, it also felt like a space one could call home.
Personal Highlight:
While every corner of these apartments has been designed with utmost care and passion, the lounge on the 47th floor stands out. This space, with its panoramic views and thoughtfully curated artifacts, is where modern design meets unparalleled luxury. It’s the epitome of what Design Story stands for – modern, warm, and infinitely tasteful.
In conclusion, the show flats at Monte South are not just spaces; they are narratives of design, functionality, and luxury. With overwhelmingly positive feedback from visitors, it’s evident that Design Story has penned a tale that resonates with many, setting a benchmark for modern, warm, and tasteful design in the heart of Byculla.
