    The grand entrance to this opulent bungalow is a mesmerizing gateway to luxury and style. The exterior of the bungalow is a study in clean lines with a residence that has neatly stacked layers, plush interiors and gold accents. Clad in a combination of natural materials, the façade features large expanses of glass, allowing an abundance of natural light to flood the interior.

    The garden’s design prioritizes low-maintenance landscaping, making it a lush and inviting space. The roofline is flat, and the overall design is uncluttered, emphasizing simplicity and a strong connection to the outdoors.

    The entryway is accentuated with a minimalistic stone feature wall and strategically placed lighting, creating a warm and inviting ambiance.

    The backyard lawn extends from the rear of the bungalow and is a lush carpet of grass that provides an ideal setting for outdoor relaxation. At one end of the lawn is a stylish outdoor fireplace that stands as a striking focal point for the outdoor space.

    Upon entering, you are greeted by an open concept living area. The space is a harmonious blend of stone, glass and wood. High ceilings and large windows provide a breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape, while a central atrium allows for natural ventilation.

    The living room, which is the heart of the home, is furnished with contemporary and designer pieces where comfort, style and functionality come together to create a welcoming environment. The room is set up with comfortable sofas, complementing armchairs, poufs and coffee tables. The designer flooring is as dynamic and versatile as other pieces in this room.

    The Mandir in white and gold combines elements of tranquility, elegance and reverence. It reflects the
    family’s religious and cultural preferences.

    At the center of the room is the altar crafted in stone, adorned with sacred symbols and artwork. The elements considered in designing the mandir are lighting, seating, storage, and color palette.

    The double height creates a dramatic visual impact, giving a sense of openness, airiness and a sense of grandeur to the space. The vertical space is left open with an unconventional patterned ceiling.

    The dining area with a metal jali partition is a stylish and contemporary design that combines functionality and aesthetic appeal. It adds a decorative element and solves practical purpose. The table in of SS304 and italian marble top and the comfortable upholstered chairs create a cohesive and inviting atmosphere for meals.

    The family room is a cozy and inviting space where the family gathers to relax and entertain and spend
    time with each other.

    The grand plush sofa and oversized arm chairs are arranged for absolute comfort. The focal point being the TV, the shelving unit and the cabinet are designed for the perfect view from all sides.

    The bedroom features Italian marble floor with a polished finish. The headboard is upholstered in plush, high quality fabric with back wall paneling. The color scheme in the bedroom is designed to be soothing and elegant.

    The bed in this bedroom features a stunning headboard with a gentle curved design. It is upholstered in premium fabric and fine quilting. The high gloss PU paneling on the bed’s back is a contemporary and sophisticated design element.

    This bathroom design with stone-look tiles, a highlighter wall and dark flooring strikes a balance between the rustic beauty of natural stone and contemporary elegance. The contrast between the dark flooring and the textured highlighter wall creates a visually captivating space that exudes sophistication and style.

    This home office with geometric pattern shelving is a contemporary and functional space that combines artistry with functionality. It provides an inspiring environment for work, creativity, and organization, enhancing the homeowner’s ability to focus in style.
