    Minimalist Abode

The client wanted an elegant, minimalistic and spacious house for him and his family. He asked for a simplistic lifestyle and yet a luxurious one, which is contradictory in itself. The selection of the client was extremely simple, elegant, and timeless.

The lift takes us directly to his entrance foyer, which is done in tones of wood and glass and has a formal Italian marble finish. Tile flooring and a door with a teak wood handle create a symmetric pattern on the main entrance door.

The living room is integrated with Badge-toned walls and a depressed wooden ceiling with LED lights in the niches. Grey-coloured tiles with peach-coloured deluxe sofas were kept on the periphery. A living room is directly connected to the roadside balcony.

    spacious house

In the balcony of this spacious house, there is a revolving terracotta block jali that defuses south-facing direct sunlight and gives an entrusting pattern on the floor while also infusing the space with an inviting atmosphere. The direct sunlight filtering through the terracotta jail created a captivating interplay of shadows and highlights, lending an artistic touch to the entire area.

    Peaceful Colour Palette

The living room’s many components, including the TV unit, furniture, and peaceful colour palettes, establish a visual language that gives the home a free-spirited feel.

The openness and simplicity of the architecture contribute to creating a sense of inclusivity across the whole house. The design is more interesting and engaging since it uses fewer textures, colours, and materials.

An oriental ash wood and fluted glass sliding partition separates the formal sitting hall, and when you open the partition, the space becomes one.

Positioning the service area in the middle of the house ensures ease of access and connection to all the spaces. Placing the service area in the middle optimises connections to all living spaces, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of daily activities.

    Bold Classics

A standout feature in this house is the bold-coloured staircase. The furniture, crafted with intricate detailing, pays homage to classic and simple designs that have stood the test of time.

The master bedroom bed’s backdrop features a wood design crafted from a unique blend of teak wood. And yellow jute fabric.

This combination creates a contrast that adds both depth and visual interest to the bedroom space. Also, the presence of a white colour in the curtains bestows a tranquil aura upon the room.

    Comfort Indoor-Outdoor Connection

The best feature is the indoor-outdoor connection, bridging the interior comfort with the allure of the outdoors.

The connected balcony gives a glimpse of connection to nature. And in the railing, there is a terracotta block that plays an interesting shadow pattern in the room.

The parents’ bedroom exudes a seamless blend of modern luxury and simplicity. A white wardrobe gives a very elegant and peaceful look.

    Pastel Hues

And pastel green colour panelling gives a very peaceful atmosphere in the parents’ bedroom. The small seating space near the window can give a direct view of roadside activity.
