The project was locked in January 2020, The main challenge we faced was the height of the ceiling and the double living area which had formal and informal space, with 4 master bedrooms. This current space had to be converted into Minimal Design 6BHK. The informal space which was around 400 sq. ft had to be converted into one of the Master bedrooms.4 Master Bedroom,1 Guest Room, 1Temple room, 1 servant room and a large kitchen for a family of 5 has been designed IN THIS 3000 SQ, FT area by Team BT-DESIIGN, this entire space has been designed according to Vastu as this was the biggest challenge .

Italian marble has been used for the flooring for the maximum space of the house, Chevron pattern created in Veneer for the TV unit panelling with tinted mirror cladding on both the sides considering Vastu. The sofa back panelling has been created in rose gold moulding design making it look simple yet elegant.

Kitchen with a Grey Kalinga Stone counter top and BLUE colour under counter storage running in C shape with black profile handles and above storage in white Glaks along with same grey stone dado back splash give timeless look and also give the space sophisticated style.

In the dining space, a customized Marble top is one of the highlights, which is mounted on a wooden crafted block designed in veneer. The tinted mirror on the wall behind the dining area adds another luxurious element and at the same time expanding the view of space.

Light oak wooden flooring has been added to the kid’s room giving warmth and comfort to the room. The TV wall panelling has been designed in MDF battens with white PU coating, highlighting the room.Oak Veneer and a splash of light aqua blue colour have been added to the kid’s wardrobe with lots of open storage for the little one for easy accesses to her toys.A corner with a swing makes it playful and comfortable with an amazing view. The space in the centre has been left empty by just adding a small cot and leaving the rest of the space as a play area.

The master bedroom should not only exclude elegance but create an opulence ambiance. The steps created in the Master bedroom with led lights giving a dramatic look to the entry of the room. Exotic Veneer has been used for a huge 16 ft long wardrobe with black tinted glass and profile shutter in between, with the bed panelling done in greys and black grooves , with a checker pattern headboard for comfort .The bed is made in marble frame  with led lights all around giving  it a  look floating look .The Tv unit wall panelling has been created in wooden battens.

The tremendous looking Book match Marble on the wall behind the bed is the main highlight of the room. TV wall in white Glaks material with rose gold moulding on both the sides adds bling to the room, the wardrobe is designed in a simple tone of coffee brown glaks material and  the bathroom door is flushed between two wardrobes giving it one seamless feel .

A different concept to this room has been created with grey wooden flooring and a black back painted glass with a full height sliding shutters has been designed for the wardrobe.  A splash of pink Fabric shade has been added to the beds headrest touching the ceiling, A charcoal panel has been created in the same colour hues.
