Located in Jalandhar, this house is all about open design, luxury, and visual connectivity between interiors and outdoors of the house. The luxurious residence uses a variety of materials that give it a unique appeal.
The Facade has an Indian Element in the form of a Jaali that gives a distinctive identity and also provides an additional layer of privacy to the house. Wide windows have been installed to add light and view, which also regulate ventilation. Moreover, the palm tree brings in the element of nature right inside the house, rather on the roof, which adds to the beauty and comfort of the terrace.
With a vibrant color scheme and fabulous decor, there is a balance achieved between decorative elements and clean modern design.
The key element of this residence is the distribution of space with inflating liability (flexibility in design), as there is an open kind of line between Lobby, Kitchen, and Dining which includes a huge space connected within. The spacious planning brings in the openness, although it does not break the connectivity.
The Internal Courtyard is the combination of Natural Light complemented with Artificial Lights installed in the stone cladded wall which gives it a beautiful element of design, attached with the living room giving it a sense of connectivity with a sight to hold on to.
The Structural curved Staircase acts as a sculptural element in the house which connects two different floors, creating higher volumes and grandeur.
This modern structure features a subdued palette where a dash of color stands out. Its’s sophistication lies in its simplicity and uniformity of colors and material incorporated in the design which is evergreen. One cannot miss this wonderful capitalization of needs infused with the utilisation of modern architecture.
