Architecture, at its most meaningful, is about shaping experiences that connect people to place, nature, and emotion. Tanira Farms creates an immersive retreat where architecture blends seamlessly with the landscape. The design creates an atmosphere of calm, privacy, and experiential luxury.
The project sits within lush mango orchards and flowering gardens, creating an intimate and deeply restorative retreat. The dome-shaped villas emerge softly from the landscape. Their sculptural forms open towards curated views of greenery, water, and sky. At the heart of the masterplan, the mango-shaped pool becomes a defining centrepiece. It celebrates the site’s identity while creating the social and emotional core of the retreat.

Every element heightens the experience of nature through skylit bathrooms and open-to-sky bathing spaces. Semi-open patios and fluid indoor-outdoor transitions further connect the interiors with the outdoors. Warm lighting and organic geometries create a soft, contemporary atmosphere. Restrained materiality keeps the landscape as the protagonist, giving the spaces a timeless quality.
Ultimately, Tanira Farms goes beyond a luxury farm stay to offer an immersive architectural experience. It slows the senses, encourages stillness, and creates a deeper connection with nature. It fosters a deeper connection with nature through spaces designed for quiet reflection and retreat.
The semi-open patio at Tanira Farms extends the landscape into the living experience, creating a fluid connection with the outdoors. A graceful pitched roof shelters the space while framing sweeping views of the orchards and gardens beyond.
The patio adapts to different moments throughout the day as a versatile gathering space. It accommodates relaxed outdoor lunches, intimate conversations, and lively game nights. Open-air movie screenings under the stars add another layer to the experience.
The space blurs the boundary between architecture and nature, creating an open and comfortable setting for guests. It invites them to slow down, connect, and experience the landscape at their own pace.
The expansive lawn at Tanira Farms unfolds as a vibrant green oasis. Dense clusters of lush trees surround the lawn, creating a sense of privacy and serenity. At its edge, a thoughtfully positioned stage transforms the landscape into a versatile gathering space. It accommodates celebrations, performances, intimate events, and evening entertainment beneath the open sky. The surrounding foliage frames the lawn while adding a soft, natural character. Together, the lawn and stage become a visual centrepiece and dynamic social space within the retreat.
Villa 1 embraces a vibrant and contemporary character, brought to life through bold accents and tropical inspired interiors.
A striking scarlet red sofa bed becomes the focal point of the space, complemented by expressive tropical wall art that adds warmth and personality. The large king sized bed enhances the sense of comfort and luxury, while a thoughtfully designed study corner creates an ideal work from home setting within the retreat.
Framing the interiors are expansive floor to ceiling windows that draw in natural light and open toward serene views of the landscape and pool, creating a seamless connection between the indoors and the lush surroundings.
The bathrooms at Tanira Farms create immersive wellness spaces where luxury and nature come together in quiet harmony. The signature skylit design fills the interiors with soft natural light. The light shifts throughout the day, adding a gentle sense of movement to the spaces. Together, these elements create a serene and calming atmosphere. Earthy textures, warm materials, and minimal detailing allow the spaces to feel both elegant and deeply restorative.
A highlight of the experience is the open to sky bath concept, where guests can unwind beneath the changing sky while remaining surrounded by complete privacy and lush greenery. Large openings visually connect the bathrooms to the landscape, blurring the boundary between indoors and outdoors. More than functional spaces, the bathrooms are envisioned as intimate sanctuaries that elevate the sensory experience of the retreat.
Villa 2 embraces a minimal and understated design language, defined by muted tones, elegant textures, and a calm spatial atmosphere.
The interiors are thoughtfully curated to evoke simplicity and comfort, with a large king sized bed anchoring the space in quiet luxury. A refined study corner creates a seamless work from home setting, while expansive floor to ceiling windows invite abundant natural light and frame serene views of the landscape and pool.
The restrained palette and clean detailing allow the surrounding greenery to become an integral part of the interior experience, creating a retreat that feels tranquil, timeless, and deeply connected to nature.

The Masterplan of Tanira Farms is thoughtfully composed to create a seamless balance between privacy, leisure, and immersive landscape experiences.
At the heart of the retreat lies the sculptural mango shaped swimming pool, positioned as the central gathering space around which the two dome shaped villas are carefully oriented. The villas are strategically placed to enjoy uninterrupted views of the pool and lush gardens while maintaining a sense of exclusivity and intimacy for each stay experience.
The spatial arrangement allows the pool, private bar, patios, and landscaped pathways to flow naturally into one another, creating a cohesive architectural language rooted in openness and connection to nature. Curved forms and organic planning soften the built environment, allowing the structures to blend harmoniously within the orchard setting.
As evening descends, the retreat transforms into a glowing oasis. Warm architectural lighting softly illuminates the villas, pathways, and surrounding trees, while the shimmering reflections of the pool create a cinematic night time atmosphere. The gentle glow filtering through the dome shaped forms enhances the sense of calm and luxury, making the entire property feel intimate, serene, and deeply experiential after dusk.
Positioned thoughtfully beside the pool andprivate bar, the two dome shaped villas form the architectural centerpiece of Tanira Farms.
