In the heart of Ghitorni’s Forest Lane, Tranquil Verde by Attico Homes is more than just a home—it’s a living experience where luxury tiptoes gently through nature. Spanning 19,800 sq ft, the residence unfolds like a quiet poem: lush, light-filled, and deeply personal.
Attico Homes
The five-bedroom home blends architectural dramatical living experience with emotional warmth. A 24-foot-tall porch and MS-framed wooden doors set the tone for what lies within—panoramic windows, expansive lawns, and a shimmering pool framed by a marble wall that mimics the flow of a gentle stream.
Inside, timeless materials meet curated details. A preserved cherry blossom tree from the original farmhouse anchors the home with memory and meaning.
Neutral tones are elevated with gold accents, plush furniture, and bespoke pieces—a Hermes artwork here, a veined marble dining table there.
The staircase, flanked by a mosaic wall, leads to serene upper rooms. The master suite, in beige and powder blue, glows with natural light and includes a bath and dressing area where suspended mirrors and brushed gold finishes blur the line between design and dream.
Every detail in Tranquil Verde is intentional—an effortless blend of light, landscape, and legacy. True to Attico Homes’ philosophy, this is not just a residence, but a sanctuary crafted with heart and individuality.
