Warm Wooden Interiors Define the Design Narrative in This Luxury Bungalow | AVAI Studio
Anchoring the architectural experience is a subtle grey elevation, articulated through clean linear geometries, recessed volumes, and fine textures. This offers a refined, monolithic identity to the house from the street. The muted façade engages in a harmonious dialogue between solidity and transparency as lush greens and shifting light soften its presence.
At the heart of the home is a central courtyard, flanking the sculptural staircase. It acts as a spatial lung, infusing the interiors with natural light, cross ventilation, and a sense of inward openness.
This vertical void becomes a dynamic element, connecting all levels both visually and experientially, while enhancing spatial porosity throughout the plan.
The interiors echo a language of contemporary elegance – teakwood paneling and bespoke joinery impart warmth and depth, while marble-clad surfaces bring a sense of permanence and polish.
Every corner is thoughtfully detailed, with brass inlays, light fixtures, and hardware offering moments of tactile richness.
Zoning has been orchestrated with sensitivity, balancing private sanctuaries and public gathering spaces, all stitched together through axial alignments, layered sightlines, and a rhythmic material palette.
The wooden interiors in the Bhilwara residence stands as a tribute to craftsmanship, contextual modernism, and timeless materiality, offering a sensorial experience that is both luxurious and grounded.
