At the house’s entrance, one is greeted by an impressive wooden main door crafted from polished teak in its rich, natural brown hue.  The main door is adorned with a striking checkerboard pattern and an elegantly grooved dark brown wooden handle.

    Living Room & Entrance

The entrance design exudes simplicity and elegance, with a welcoming aesthetic. As one enters the drawing room, the eye is drawn to a wooden partition and mustard yellow fluted paneling. Wooden partitions separate the kitchen and drawing room, while wooden fins create openness between the two spaces.

The living room’s many components, including the tv-unit, furniture, and peaceful colour palettes, establish a visual language that gives the home a free-spirited feel. The openness and simplicity of the architecture contributes to creating a sense of inclusivity across the whole house. The design is more interesting and engaging since it uses minimal textures, colour, and materials.

The drawing room connects to the outdoor garden, enhancing the pleasant atmosphere. It acts as the central hub of the house, with most activities revolving around it. The drawing room, adorned with minimal TV unit paneling, showcases the sleek lines of modern furniture.

The double-height volume creates a seamless connection throughout the house, fostering a sense of unity and openness. This design also ensures a vertical shaft of air travels across the house, making it airy throughout the day.

    Kitchen

The kitchen is designed to be as open and uncluttered as possible, connected to the drawing room. Wooden fins break the monotony of the solid surfaces, giving the kitchen a sense of transparency.

    Formal Bethak Room

The standout features in this room are its lime-plastered wall and a wooden engraving jharokha-style photo frame.

    Parents’ Bedroom

The parents’ bedroom exudes a seamless blend of modern luxury and simplicity. Beige walls and floral wallpaper in arched frames create an elegant and peaceful look, while the pastel yellow bedback establishes a calming atmosphere. A small seating area by the window provides a direct view of outdoor activities.

    Master Bedroom

In the master bedroom, brown teak wood finishes and soft beige tones create a soothing atmosphere. The bed, custom-designed for the room, features a teak wood veneer finish.

Subtle brass inlays in the white tile paneling and elements bring elegance and warmth to the room, harmonizing with the metal artifacts.

The best feature is the indoor-outdoor connection, bridging the comfort of the interior with the allure of the outdoors.

A connected balcony offers a glimpse of nature and enhances the room’s openness, while the walk-in closet and attached bathroom add functionality.

    Son’s Bedroom

The son’s bedroom stands out with minimalist color choices. This approach enhances a visual and functional space with attention to detail. The material palette is a soothing blend of neutral tones and wood.

A custom-made wardrobe, featuring white back-painted profile glass, and a seamless finish.
