Twin Residence is a luxury house in Adipur built for two brothers as separate houses within a single compound. This house is built around the idea of having two private houses that are also connected by spaces within; it looks like a single house from the outside and enhances the interaction and keeps the residents of both houses connected whenever required.

The facade of the house is designed in a manner to make the houses look as one single house and visually appear as a lavish big house in terms of scale.
A central courtyard becomes a capital of connectivity for both the houses, which also houses a pooja room . Additionally, it includes a gathering space around which can easily accommodate a small gathering.
The living room is a harmonious living space by blending classic, ornate elements of traditional design with the clean lines, minimalist aesthetic, and contemporary materials of modern design, resulting in a unique and timeless look that feels both elegant and current.
Incorporating classic, upholstered pieces with intricate carvings alongside sleek, streamlined furniture with minimal detailing.
Utilizing a neutral base with pops of rich, traditional colors balanced with bold, modern accents.
Combining natural materials like wood and stone with contemporary materials like glass and metal to create visual interest.
Pairing traditional chandeliers or sconces with modern pendant lights or recessed lighting to achieve a layered effect.
