This Hotel Architecture Epitomizes a Synthesis of Modern Principles | 4th Axis Design Studio
Situated in the burgeoning area of Nanded, the site spans 13683.2 sq. ft. with its main frontage facing east towards a main road, while the other sides are enveloped by open spaces, offering both accessibility and tranquillity, enhancing the hotel’s connectivity with its surroundings.
The hotel architecture features two distinct entrances: one leading directly to the reception area and the other providing direct access to the banquet hall, ensuring smooth flow and convenience for guests attending events.
Public amenities, including an office room and a waiting lounge, are strategically located on the southern edge of the plot. Two staircases interlink the parking area with the ground floor, culminating in the staff dormitory situated at the western extremity.
The first floor is a hub of activity, featuring a restaurant, another small banquet hall, a kitchen, an office cabin, and a storage area.
The service areas are discreetly positioned on the western side, accessible via an internal service staircase. The lobby, adorned with brick jali and sociography patterns, ensures an abundance of natural light and ventilation, enhancing the spatial quality.
The façade employs a combination of perforated and embossed bricks, providing a nuanced interplay of light and shadow. This design choice not only adds aesthetic value but also allows for diffused daylight to permeate the interior spaces.
These floors accommodate 17 exquisitely designed classic suites, each tailored to meet the diverse needs of guests. An indoor courtyard acts as a central feature, fostering a connection with the exterior environment through dynamic light patterns.
Each floor with rooms includes an inviting lounge area with an open view, providing guests with a relaxing space to unwind and enjoy panoramic vistas of the surrounding landscape.
The first-floor restaurant interior embodies a harmonious blend of refined elegance and modern sophistication, characterized by a harmonious palette of lime grey, pastel pink, and green tones.
Architectural elements such as arched patterns on wall and partition screens whereas perforated and embossed ceramic bricks from elevation define the space.
These design choices not only add visual interest but also facilitate a delicate interplay of natural light and shadows throughout the day, creating a serene and inviting ambiance.
Large windows strategically placed around the dining area allow ample natural light to flood the space. Thus enhancing the warmth and comfort of the atmosphere.
As evening approaches, carefully placed lighting fixtures, including sleek pendant lights above each table, transition the ambience to a softer, more intimate setting.
High-quality materials such as lime finish, rich wood finishes, and brushed metal accents further elevate the dining experience. Thus, ensuring both aesthetic appeal and functional comfort.
In essence, the restaurant’s interior design is a testament to meticulous planning and a keen eye for detail. Thus, creating a space where guests can indulge in exceptional cuisine within an atmosphere that exudes tranquillity, sophistication, and timeless charm.
Moreover, the rooftop restaurant, nestled in the north-west corner, is enveloped by planters. It is also illuminated with soft lighting, creating an enchanting dining experience under the open sky. This space is designed to be a tranquil retreat, offering panoramic views and also a refined atmosphere.
