    We recently had the privilege of designing a stunning luxury bungalow spread across a 5500-square-foot plot. It boasts 11000 square feet of luxurious living space over three floors. This exquisite home was tailor-made for a respected gynaecologist, blending functionality with sheer elegance. Meticulously tailored to embody opulence and sophistication, our design seamlessly integrates practicality with bespoke aesthetics, reflecting the client’s discerning taste and professional stature.

    An onyx feature divides the living and dining areas, adding artistic allure. Mirrored accents enhance spaciousness, while the Italian-tiled TV wall and indirect lighting create a modern focal point.

    Warm Accents

    Floor-length curtains and a grand chandelier above the dining area add to the room’s sophistication, along with warm veneer accents and strategic ceiling lighting for a harmonious ambiance.

    Tranquil Sanctuary

    The Puja area in this luxury bungalow is a tranquil sanctuary featuring an illuminating onyx-backlit wall that sets a serene mood. The low-lying puja unit, crafted from natural stone with intricate carvings and practical drawers, combines opulent materials with functional elegance.

    This refined design creates a place of sacred serenity ideal for spiritual contemplation and devotion.

    Enter a kitchen designed with sleek sophistication and functional elegance. The countertops, dado stones, and shutters are all meticulously crafted from luxurious stone lam, creating a seamless and stylish look throughout.

    Overhead, white back-painted glass and tinted black shutters add a contemporary contrast, enhancing the kitchen’s modern appeal. A bespoke breakfast table with integrated niches serves as a practical dining spot and adds a personalised touch to the space. 

    Master Bedroom

    The master bedroom in this bungalow combines luxury and practicality with a comfortable walk-in wardrobe that doubles as a lounge, featuring glass doors for a sophisticated touch.

    Italian paneling on the bed’s back wall, paired with a glass partition, enhances the room’s modern beauty and creates a sense of openness.

    Adjacent to this area, a versatile lounge includes a study nook, wardrobe, and vanity unit, offering a space ideal for both comfort and productivity.

    Serene Retreat

    Overall, this meticulously designed bedroom harmonizes comfort and sophistication to provide a serene retreat tailored for leisure and work alike.

    The guest bedroom exudes luxury and tranquillity with its serene all-white décor and coordinated furnishings. Elegant mouldings details on the wardrobe and bed wall add sophistication, complemented by warm veneer panelling on other walls for texture.

    A cozy vanity corner with a delicate hanging light provides a secluded space for relaxation and grooming. At its center, a grand king-sized bed promises both comfort and style, defining the room as a timeless retreat of thoughtful design and inviting luxury.

    Refined Aura

    The parent’s bedroom is a tranquil retreat with neutral tones that create a calming atmosphere. Additionally, luxurious leather paneling on the bed’s back wall adds elegance and texture. Whereas the rest of the room is finished with a mix of veneer and paint, enhancing its serene aura with warmth and refinement. 

    Moreover, this blend of materials and colors creates a sophisticated and inviting space, ideal for relaxation and peaceful nights.

    Creativity

    The children’s bedroom and dressing room create a whimsical retreat with a vibrant blue fabric bed back wall that also sparks creativity.

    A study corner with custom-made chairs promotes learning and teamwork. Meanwhile, a large moulding frame showing cartoon characters adds nostalgic charm.

    Additionally, the space includes a vanity, a walk-in wardrobe, and large mirrors for storage and stylish preparation. This meticulously designed area blends whimsy and practicality. Moreover, offering a joyful environment where children can freely play, study, and express themselves. 

    The bungalow boasts additional amenities such as a jacuzzi, gym room, and open lounge seating area. Thus providing luxurious and relaxing spaces for residents to unwind and enjoy leisure activities in comfort and style.
