The ground floor of Nandadeep welcomes you with an entrance lobby that sets the tone forwhat lies beyond.
A unique feature is the cantilever staircase, a piece of architectural artistry that adds both functionality and aesthetic appeal. Midway up the staircase, a master bedroom doubles as an entrance porch, leading to a covered parking space for two cars.
A spacious living area coherently connects to the dining space, creating an open and inviting ambience.
The kitchen, strategically extended with a deck at the front, becomes a focal point for culinary endeavors. The ground floor also houses a dedicated pooja , a store, utility space, and a parent bedroom with an attached toilet.
Ascending to the first floor unveils a haven for literature lovers—an open library area that caters to the family’s fondness for reading and the businessman’s fervor for wildlife photography.
This floor also hosts an audio-visual room, a son’s bedroom, and a daughter’s bedroom adorned with a delightful window seating arrangement. The thoughtful planning of this floor caters to the diverse interests of the family members.
The terrace of of the house is a canvas for the owner’s passion cooking. A special barbeque arrangement and an open cooking platform bring the joy of appetizing creation to the outdoors. This space becomes a personal hutch for the family, embracing the outdoors while enjoying the panoramic views.
The architectural brilliance of the bungalow extends beyond its habitable spaces. The cantilever staircase is embellished with a facade of clear and frosted glass, capturing the essence of the rain tree standing proudly in front of the residence.
Despite being South-west facing, the house basks in diffused sunlight, thanks to the towering trees that surround it. The decision to preserve a large tree as an integral part of the landscape showcases a commitment to nature and sustainability.
The interior embraces a minimalistic and subtle aesthetic. The wall behind the staircase is adorned in a calming light green stucco paint, while the steps boast a raw concrete finish. The specially designed matte black M.S. pipe and round steel bar railing adds a touch of contemporary elegance to the design.
The architectural approach to Nandadeep revolves around maximizing natural light and air ventilation. Despite the minimalistic interiors, the focus is on creating a space that breathes, harmonizing with the surrounding environment.
In summation, Nandadeep goes beyond the boundaries of a ordinary dwelling, emerging as a anchorage of design ingenuity and familial warmth. Beyond its architectural marvels and working spaces lies a narrative of a family that has carefully woven their interests into the very fabric of their home.
From the soaring cantilever staircase to the terrace’s culinary retreat, every detail is a proof to the family’s devotion to a lifestyle that seamlessly integrates with their passions.
