    Harmonious living with thoughtful design

The building has two apartments on each of the lower floors, each consisting of three bedrooms. As we move up to the upper floors, the plan changes to accommodate larger four-bedroom apartments, with a single apartment on each floor.

To ensure optimal views from various directions, the rooms are on the north-facing front, as well as the diagonally oriented eastern and western sides. Conversely, the circulation core is located on the southern side, which lacks any scenic vistas. This thoughtful planning approach not only maximizes the captivating views but also prevents heat gain from the south, resulting in a comfortable microclimate.

    Unwinding among tranquil oasis

Furthermore, the internal layout of the apartments minimizes circulation spaces, allowing for a more expansive usable area within each unit. As a result, the living rooms seamlessly open up to spacious balconies that offer stunning views of the golf course. Situated on the northern side, these balconies remain bathed in natural light throughout the day. Additionally, their orientation provides protection from the relentless SW monsoon rains in Mumbai, making them usable even during inclement weather.

Setting itself apart from generic residential buildings, La Quinta boasts a distinctive sculptural appearance achieved through captivating curvilinear wrap details. These wraps not only accentuate each balcony but also provide privacy from the adjacent balcony of the neighboring apartment.

    Ethereal aesthetics

At the upper levels, the curvilinear frames undergo changes, adding to the sculptural aesthetic and creating larger balconies for the spacious apartments on the higher floors. Additionally, on the eastern and western facades, the two-sided wraps around each window are equipped with vertical fins. It reduces heat gain and glare from the southern side, while maintaining an open view towards the north.

La Quinta’s design is contextual to its location by orienting all apartments towards the north, taking into consideration the climate. The design incorporates measures such as the service core and absence of openings on the south, and southern side sun breakers. These thoughtful design elements further contribute to an energy-efficient building with reduced air conditioning costs. Furthermore, the sculptural design not only serves a functional purpose but also establishes a unique identity for the building.

    Unparalleled connectivity

This prime residential development is strategically situated just 5 minutes away from the BKC flyover, the Eastern Express Highway, and the Eastern Freeway. Residents of Girivan La Quinta benefit from seamless access to the city’s major hubs, ensuring a well-connected lifestyle. Adding to the convenience, Chembur boasts several noteworthy infrastructural projects, such as India’s first monorail project linking Chembur to Wadala, and the proposed metro line connecting Chembur to the central and western suburbs. Additionally, the Santacruz Chembur Link Road provides a direct connection to the current international airport, while the proximity to BKC is further enhanced by the BKC – Chunabhatti flyover. With such excellent connectivity, residents of Girivan La Quinta have easy access to business districts, entertainment centers, and urban conveniences, making it an ideal choice for a well-connected and vibrant lifestyle.

    Exquisite design and serene surroundings

Overlooking Lush Greens Each floor in Girivan La Quinta equips with a separate staff room and staff toilet, ensuring convenience and privacy for both residents and their domestic helpers. The residences basically feature decked balconies that offer stunning views of the Bombay Presidency Golf Course and the lush green surroundings, providing residents with a serene and luxurious living environment. The carefully designed facade of Girivan La Quinta ensures that the natural light entering the homes is gentle and not harsh, contributing to a comfortable and ambient temperature inside the apartments. Spacious rooms, en-suite units, and functional utility spaces further enhance the comfort and functionality of each

Luxury and convenience – an elevated lifestyle experience

Girivan La Quinta goes above and beyond to provide residents with a range of exceptional amenities that elevate their lifestyle. Also, a fully equipped gym, jacuzzi, and health spa offer residents a space to rejuvenate and relax, promoting physical well-being. Furthermore, for social gatherings and celebrations, a contemporary banquet hall is available, creating the perfect ambiance for memorable events. Children have dedicated indoor and outdoor play areas, ensuring their active and joyful engagement.

Senior citizens can also enjoy a designated area tailored to their needs, fostering a sense of community and well-being. With 6 levels of parking equipped with 2 car lifts, the vehicles are secure and easily accessible. The landscaped terrace garden, outdoor yoga and Zumba deck, and observation deck provide opportunities for residents to connect with nature.

    Safety Measures

The construction of this residential development features an earthquake-resistant RCC superstructure, prioritizing the safety and security of residents. A dedicated owner’s lift ensures enhanced security, while LED way-finding and directional signage simplify navigation within the building. The design adheres to Vastu principles, promoting positive energy and harmony.

    Measuring the Mumbai sky

The OC (Occupancy Certificate) for Girivan La Quinta was indeed obtained six months in advance, demonstrating compliance with regulatory standards and ensuring a secure investment for prospective buyers. These measures indeed demonstrate the project’s commitment to quality and timely delivery.

    Conclusion

Girivan La Quinta is thus an exquisite residential development that sets a new benchmark in luxury living with its strategic location, world-class amenities, and meticulous design.
