XANADU, a unique home, was meticulously crafted to meet the specific requirements ofits clients, a family of advocates. Despite the challenges posed by a narrow plot, we successfully integrated all the desired elements into the design.

Firstly, a key priority for the family was the inclusion of an office space, ensuring a dedicated area for their professional endeavours.
Additionally, three bedrooms seamlessly incorporates, providing comfortable accommodations for the entire family.
One of the standout features of XANADU is the captivating courtyard space, accentuated by asplendid spiral staircase. This area thus serves as a tranquil retreat, allowing the family to unwind and reconnect with nature.
The courtyard serves as a central focal point, creating a sense of harmony between the interior and exterior spaces.
To cater to the family’s lifestyle, both formal and family living spaces were thoughtfully integrated intothe design.
These areas offer distinct settings for hosting guests or enjoying leisurely moments together as a family.
The kitchen, complete with utility provisions, was indeed expertly designed to provide a functional and efficient workspace, ensuring that culinary activities are a pleasure for the family.
An open dining area was incorporated, fostering a seamless flow between the kitchen and theliving spaces. Also, this allows for effortless entertaining and encourages family members to cometogether and share meals in a convivial setting.
In order to enhance the overall aesthetic appeal, an elegant interior design scheme was carefullycurated for XANADU.
So, this design concept seamlessly blends timeless elements with modern sensibilities, creating a harmonious balance between classic and contemporary styles.
The result is a home that exudes a sense of sophistication and refinement, while also providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Despite the limited space, the design of XANADU successfully fulfilled the family’s diverse needs, blending functionality, comfort, and style.
The end result is a home that reflects the unique personality and requirements of its occupants, providing them with a sanctuary that they can truly call their own.
