This three- storey building at first glance is a monumental fusion of traditional Indian architecture and modern nuances. Intricate brackets, cornices and keystones hold the external visage of the building.

The artsy informal living area is crafted as a stylized space which hosts the casual interactions between the residents. Laid out on a seamless floor are; the modern furniture with glaring highlights of blue incorporated into its design and materiality. The focal point of the room is an arty white rug with a stark blue stroke running across.

The formal space is a traditional layout of modern furniture; statement chaise, posh armchairs and accent center tables. Filled with soft sunlight this room emanates splendor.

Two comfortable yet stylish couches breathe life into the lounging area. The custom-shaped rug covers almost the entirety of the space, making it more homely and intimate. The flexible illumination and cozy layout of the space makes it an ideal room for entertaining.

The drawing room and dining space are divided through a customized graphical Jali, serving as a visual highlight for both the spaces.

The double height dining room has a formal dining space and a breakfast bar. The room is called in stone and stands on an intricate stone inlaid flooring adding to the expressive visuals of the space.

The sculpturus dining table extends from the flooring inlay with a clear glass table top to exhibit the structural craftsmanship. The gold accents in light fixtures and decor are nothing short of curated art.

The grand kitchen is a spacious void with serene colored surfaces which ensures smooth and uncluttered functioning for its users.

The worship room is simplicity, physicalized. The stone jali is treated as a ‘Pichoi’ for the idols, with strong graphical influences from traditional Indian patterns. The space is accessorized with sculpted wooden door handles.

The guest room witnesses a simplistic approach in terms of design, with neutral colors, textured walls and veneer wrapped furniture pieces. A linear geometry runs throughout the space which uplifts the feel and style of the space.

Keeping in mind the habitants of this space, it is designed as a quirky and vibrant confluence of graphical elements with minimalistic design. The popping accents of blue and red are balanced out with subdued whites and simplistic geometry of furniture pieces. The space sees more evocative embellishments which are futuristic in a way, for the young end-users.

The walk-in closet and washroom are an extension of the bedroom, design-wise with red and blue features. The graphically-composed tiling in wet cubicles adds to the overall visual appeal of the space.

The opulent Master room sits under a veneer finished pitched-roof ceiling. With bespoke wooden furniture with brass accents.

Adding to its richness is an exquisite Kesariyaji Green cladded bed back, with elegant brass inlay. The room is inspired by authentic Indian characteristics infused and materialized with modern influences.

Master toilet, a continuation of the bedroom with a walk-in closet, is an artistic expression of veneer, white marble and brass. Under a pitched veneer ceiling, the grand washroom is set-up with an appropriate amount of illumination and the louvered wooden blinds let-in just the right amount of daylight, creating a sublime experience.

The semi-open Verandah follows the ideology of a ‘chowk’ in traditional Gujarati households. A welcoming entrance to the residence with printed tile flooring and a patterned ceiling is a captivating sight to behold. A custom swing floats against yet another art-piece.
