Editor’s Note: An office that does not shy away from nature! S Mevada Architects have masterfully crafted an oasis of tranquillity within their latest design, seamlessly blending nature and functionality. The expansive layout not only invites abundant natural light but also ensures optimal ventilation, fostering a rejuvenating atmosphere. The clever incorporation of louvres not only preserves privacy but also adds a touch of architectural intrigue. This establishment exudes an undeniable allure, wherein the line between office and home becomes beautifully blurred, offering occupants an unparalleled and captivating work environment. ~ Venessa Thomas (Co-Editor)

The office is covered from 3 sides with exposed concrete wall to give an elegant look and at the entrance theirs cottern steel that gives a feeling of grandeur.

The primary idea behind designing the office was to avoid the nuisancearound the area as it is a busy street while having an eye on site.

To curate the brief wall on sides of office are made blank making it on introvert space and the fourth side have screen wall to get a view towards the site and maintaining privacy as well.

Blank walls are made of exposed concrete with chill wood pattern to match with the luxury of the flat.

Courtyard it provided at the entrance to get light and hence creating an ambience and to avoid direct sun as it was a west oriented structure .The entrance is covered with cottern steel to inculcate the sense of luxury and simplicity.

Office consists of reception, conference, account, cabin and a pantry that breaks the connection between cabin to maintain privacy. Glass partition was incorporated to make the space look bigger and wooden posts for aesthetics and functionality.

The architect drew line on the modern and minimalistic vocabulary and on introvert plan complimenting the scheme to create a luxurious ambience with the furniture design applying modern notes and touches of pastel fabric.

Being into a introvert structure landscaping was provided to give the sense of liveliness to the structure.
