Elevation
This office was designed with prioritize functionality and efficiency, while also creating a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing environment. This involved selecting appropriate materials.
The design has also taken into account, accessibility requirements and local building codes and regulations.
Finally, the building was design to reflect the values and branding of the organization that will occupy it and it should contribute positively to the surrounding community.
Reception And Waiting
A ‘Pattern’ is called a pattern because it has an element (a repeating core) that repeats over and over and over again. This area is often the first impression that people have of company, and it is essential to make it welcoming and professional.
As the office name reveal, we repeated the corrugation pattern from the building elevation to the interior of the building so as to relate it with company’s brand name technically and functionally. The corrugation material used is the cement sheet finished with deco paint for interiors and corrugated metal sheet for exteriors.
Admin Room, Sales And Marketing, Human Resource, Accounts Room (All Workspaces)
The layout had to be flexible and adaptable to accommodate changing needs over time, and it provided a variety of spaces for different types of work and collaboration.
We opted for calming monochromatic space that would be an antidote to stress. Monochromatic designs create a clean, cohesive look that’s elegant yet approachable, polished yet casual.
Considering the role of accents in monochromatic space our design vision calls for a pop of color to set off the monochromatic palette, like the red colored structural elements and the red roped ceiling suspended light in the gray-toned workspaces.
Open office environments offer more than a modern workspace look. The walls were break down to increase communication and collaboration among team members, giving the entire workspace an overall synergetic feel.
Director’s Cabin
“PATTERNS” is managed by young directors. The directors space was planned in a manner to ensure that maximum open space was created by which crafted a large openness.
The color palette was earthy with wooden touches and pumpkin highlighting color. Lighting was designed through the spotlights to endow the place with depth and augment it with character.
Graphics
Graphics are used on surfaces like walls and glass. They not only enhance the space but also modify the whole atmosphere of the space. Graphics give a fresh and quirky appearance to any given space.
Break Out Space
This is a place for employees to relax, play, eat their food and even hold informal meetings. This is a much needed break away space from their desk.
