A lush green lawn welcomes one into the premises where a stamped concrete pathway traverses the perimeter of the farm.
The green soft undulations lead towards the contrasting villas finished in concrete hollow block and royal blue country roof tiles.
One wakes up to a rising sun as the plot and the structures face east with a Buddha in the center and the sun sets at the back of the built , giving permission for the moon and stars to light up the night.
Moodboard for the summer : Calm amidst the chaos and natural renders.
Different outdoor spaces with their own spatial qualities and functions come together as a whole to create a natural render. The brutality of the built is balanced and bounded by the greens.
Different outdoor and indoor spaces with their own spatial qualities and functions come together as a whole. The entertainment lounge is a holistic and exciting zone and a youth favorite as well.
The project interiors are distinguished by the use of base materials like concrete and wood, combined to create a more welcoming, honest, and versatile environment.
They provide a particular style to the space and express purity in a very warm way.
A play of names, the rooms are named after flowers like Jasmine , Champa etc. the infinity pool and recreational block called Gulistan are the communal and bonding zones.
